Avoid unnecessary supplements

The product is unnecessary for the body. While the complex is well-conceived, omega-6 and omega-9 can be ingested through our diet, especially from vegetable oils. Additional omega-6 is not only superfluous but also harmful, putting strain on the heart. Instead, I recommend omega-3, as our omega-3 to omega-6 ratio is poor. It’s better to take pure omega-3 and consume 1-2 grams a day for a month.
